This February, the Valley Animal Center wants you to fill your home and your heart with love by adopting a shelter pet. From February 1st through February 28th, you can take $14 off the adoption fee of any dog, puppy, cat, or kitten (excluding Senior, Special Needs, and Feral cats - available every day for the low fee of only $35).
